I grew up in a family who valued the time we sat around the table and enjoyed the well-prepared food my mother would make using some of the finest ingredients, the produce in our backyard. Meals were a shared experience, not just a time to eat. Through my travels, I gained a real appreciation of food and its involvement with culture and community. Through these experiences, I was inspired to share my passion of tapas made with locally sourced food with you. Enjoy! – Teresa Cordeiro
